Issue
Unable to upload data to the cloud.
Answer/Cause
It must be connected to the Internet via LTE or LAN to upload data to the cloud.
The following are possible causes.
1) There is a problem with the LTE connection.
2) There is a problem with the LAN connection.
3) There is a problem on the cloud side.
Explanation/How to deal
Please take the following treatment and try uploading again.
If the problem is not solved, please contact us.
1)When there is a problem with LTE connection
- Move Edgebox to a location with good reception.
- Make sure the SIM card is inserted properly.
- Please re-configure the LTE network. Refer to the manual: "Setting up the LTE network”
2) When there is a problem with the LAN connection
- Check whether the LAN cable is plugged in or not.
- Connect a LAN cable to a notebook PC etc., to confirm the Internet connection for evaluating whether the cable itself is the trouble.
- If there is a problem with the LAN cable, please contact the network administrator of the jobsite.
3) When there is a problem on the cloud side
When the cloud is down for maintenance etc., we will inform you on the following page.
